DUE TO SANITARY REASONS (COVID-19)
THERE ARE NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
USPS CAN/MAY DELAY YOUR PACKAGE DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19
SHOP STUNNER SHADES is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGE. Also, if your product arrives damaged, you can file a damage claim with USPS. You are also eligible for store credit on any melted body butters/ any other product with picture proof.
If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you haven't received your package or if your package is still in transit, you MUST take that up with USPS. If you’ve received the wrong item, please EMAIL ME with picture proof @ SHOPSTUNNERSERVICE@GMAIL.COM. If your package is sent back due to insufficient address, you will have to pay for reshipment or you will be subjected to a refund (not including shipping). All items need a PROCESSING TIME, between 1-7 business days and 5-14 days during holidays, Black Friday and high volume order times. (HIGH VOLUME ORDER TIMES WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON OUR IG STORY AND WEBSITE HEADER). All orders are shipped through USPS. USPS usually takes approximately 1-3 business days to deliver U.S. orders (not including weekends or holidays) and takes 7-21+ days to deliver international orders but USPS can/may delay your order due to the impacts of COVID-19. Shop Stunner Shades is NOT responsible for custom/import fees.
